INDICATIONS FOR USE

Intended purpose of the product with a defined target group:
Disabled people (children / adolescents) with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, spinal cord injuries and neurological deficits.

Indications for use:

• Cerebral palsy (CP),
• Muscular dystrophy,
• Spina bifida,
• Other neurological diseases with movement deficits in the form of paralysis and paresis of the limbs and/or trunk

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USE

• Incorrect positioning of the person with the use of positioning chair may lead to deformation of the joints,
• Pay special attention to the maximum weight of the user – values available in the size table on page 7 of the user manual.

REHASEGO™ positioning chair – comfort, safety and support

REHASEGO™ has been designed to provide a stable, comfortable, and safe position for people with limited mobility. Its design supports the rehabilitation process by enabling correct posture while minimizing the risk of pressure sores.

The positioning chair has a double upholstery system – a support layer and a comfortable MINKY™ cover. The support layer is made of perforated mesh material, which allows air to circulate freely around the user’s skin.

In addition, the micro-massage effect improves circulation, which is important in the prevention of bedsores in people who remain in one position for long periods of time. The support upholstery is water-permeable, which means that hygiene activities can be carried out.

DRY FLOOR TECH™ – the REHASEGO™ frame is made of lightweight, water-resistant aluminum. The frame is filled with polyurethane foam, which prevents water from accumulating inside when used, e.g. in the shower, eliminating the problem of dripping and flooding the floor after use.

Foam covers applied at the points of contact with the ground improve traction and protect surfaces from scratches.

Articulated system and frame adjustment
An innovative articulated system with a wide range of frame adjustments allows the chair to be precisely adapted to the user’s dimensions and needs, supporting correct body posture.

Thanks to a wide range of adjustments, including variable seat depth and an adjustable joint system, the seat can be easily adapted to the user’s needs. Its compact design and foldability make storing and transporting the REHASEGO™ hassle-free and space-saving.

Adjustable seat depth enables optimal fitting of the chair to the user’s height, ensuring comfort and a stable sitting position.

Adjustable head support with width adjustment helps maintain the correct head position and prevents it from falling or uncontrolled movement.
