WHAT DOES CLAVICLE FRACTURE MEAN?
This is the most common injury which happens when your kid falls onto an outstretched hand.
In mostly fractures, the bone fragments stay aligned and we call it Greenstick fracture. Often, these injuries are not severe and most of them can be treated with simple methods.
Sometimes, severe clavicle injury may need surgery but most collarbone fractures heal on their own if the injury is treated with ice and physical therapy and the arm is properly immobilized in a 8-figure sling AM-PES-02.

This kids’ figure 8 sling AM-PES-02 is designed for clavicle fractures holds back the shoulders, immobilizing the collarbone region, providing great clavicle protection and giving healing a chance to occur. It provides excellent clavicles immobilization without reducing the arm mobility.
Apart of clavicle immobilization, our collarbone brace AM-PES-02 is an excellent support in case of poor posture. The retracted (rolled back) position the collar bone guard promotes also prevents your child from slouching.
Velcro closures provide full adjustment and required compression.
The straps have 8-figure design and are made of the best fabrics preventing from skin irritation.

ActiveDistance II™ is an active 3-layered fabric made of non-elastic polyamide self-gripping layer, comfort foam and cotton terry. The last one layer is responsible for maintaining your skin dry. This material is skin-friendly and has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate. Self-gripping function of ActiveDistance II™ allows to fit the braces precisely.
