Waterproof cover is used to protect the derotation hip brace for children AM-ADS-R from the external factors. What is more, it provides a possibility of multiple disinfection without the risk of destruction of the fabric. Thanks to that option, the cover may be used in hospitals by many different patients.

The washable cover is made of an innovative fabric called Sanmed C463, which is very safe for a patient and easy to disinfect, so it can be used by many patients. C463 fabric is light, soft and easy to shape. What is most important, Sanmed C463 can be used when the risk of infection is high because it consists of antibacterial components based on silver zeolite (AgZ). This component prevents from the most dangerous contagious diseases such as MRSA or E. Coli. An additional advantage of Sanmed is its vapour-permeability and water resistance. Sanmed is the bed solution for hospitals, where one product can be used by many patients after its disinfection.

The cover has a special test results Oeco-Tex Standard 100, which confirm that it is skin-friendly.

Maintenance

It is necessary to sterilize the mattress with chemicals used in health service. The table below shows methods and disinfectants for sterilization.
